  • Overview

    • Responsible for developing program scope and corresponding budget
    • Once the project is sold, they “drive” the project team to deliver on schedule and on budget, and ensure that the creative approach stays focused and consistent with the project’s strategic intent
    • At times depending on project specifics will be tasked with ensuring completion of credit card coding, purchase orders, check requests, field staff time reporting, processing of invoices and expense reports
    • Acts as a day-to-day contact for client corporate and field, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client’s business, industry trends and competitive landscape 
    • Contributes to the development of job descriptions, manages recruitment and onboarding based on agreed upon timelines
    • Develops and implements program training on both the client and Switch sides
    • Works collaboratively across all Switch departments to ensure efficient communication and processes are implemented and followed
    • Fosters client relationships with corporate and field to position Switch as a strategic and invaluable partner
    • Actively grows business through applying key program learnings to create stronger ideas that drive performance results 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
    • Exceptional inter-personal communication skills, both oral and written
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management capabilities
    • Must be able to build and manage timelines, budgets and program reports / recaps
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
    • Ability to think strategically and in a micro and macro manner
    • Ability to work at both a high quality and a fast pace
    • Proactive, team player with a strong work ethic
    • Knowledge of event operations, production and management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
    • Preferred 3 years of associate project management experience
    • Able to travel

     

     

    Education and Special Skills:

    • BA Degree preferred
    • Microsoft Office Suite
