Our latest collaboration is with a family-based chocolatier looking to make life a little sweeter in the dynamic Austin market.


    If you’re as passionate about making connections as you are about confections, you may be the right person for this position. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for establishing retail opportunities and supporting sales across multiple channels. A successful BR will handle account relationships with finesse, and clearly communicate the product’s delicious quality and value to consumers in store while driving them to purchase.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (descriptions are minimum requirements to enter contract)

    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales, marketing, promotional and/or management position
    • Assertive, dependable and positive, with proven success in a performance-driven environment
    • High energy, integrity, and enthusiasm for growing a family business
    • Ability to take direction; strong time-management, planning and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and friendly
    • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite withaccess to a computer
    • Available on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
    • Ability to stand comfortably for up to 4-6 hours a day
    • Current driver's license with a good driving record and dependable transportation

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Build brand presence and drive sales through interactions with retailer, in-store sampling demos, merchandising, display maintenance and plan-o-gram compliance
    • FOLLOW-UP and FOLLOW-THROUGH to make sure your stores are satisfied with our product, service and support, are well stocked and re-ordering regularly, and that our product maintains high brand awareness
    • Deliver against defined sales targets by building retail relationships with the appropriate personnel, sampling consumers with a drive to purchase and identifying opportunities to grow new/additional placements
    • Demonstrate the value and quality of our product to retail personnel as well as consumer audiences
    • Complete daily activity reports and consumer insight reporting
    • Prospect and secure appointments to introduce the product to new accounts
