Planning experience, project management, and successful track record of working independently are musts. 2 of 2 key skills: + strong networking and relationship building skills, ability to interact with anyone at anytime + strong management skills + ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities + resourcefulness to improvise and creatively solve problems and collaborative with others + excellent communication, public speaking, and strong organizational, and strategic planning skills + strong team player is a must + must be a self-starter, be punctual, and reliable in regards to responsibilities and work with a sense of urgency + ability to manage operational processes and have a quality focus Salary/Benefits: Salary based on experience; discretionary bonus based on performance; medical & dental; company vehicle; home office; and communication stipend. - Responsible for developing program scope and corresponding budget - Once the project is sold, they “drive” the project team to deliver on schedule and on budget, and ensure that the creative approach stays focused and consistent with the project’s strategic intent - At times depending on project specifics will be tasked with ensuring completion of credit card coding, purchase orders, check requests, field staff time reporting, processing of invoices and expense reports - Acts as a day-to-day contact for client corporate and field, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client’s business, industry trends and competitive landscape  - Contributes to the development of job descriptions, manages recruitment and onboarding based on agreed upon timelines - Develops and implements program training on both the client and Switch sides - Works collaboratively across all Switch departments to ensure efficient communication and processes are implemented and followed - Fosters client relationships with corporate and field to position Switch as a strategic and invaluable partner - Actively grows business through applying key program learnings to create stronger ideas that drive performance results
